Traditionally smudging is a ritual performed (or a process used) to clear/remove lower vibrational (negative) energies from a room or object.
In day-to-day life, smudging can be used to clear unwanted, negative energies from a space or any object e.g. a new home, office, gemtones, jewelry, furniture, person or to lift an anxious or ‘spiritually low’ mood.
