Energy Healing Sessions
During the session, you will relax comfortably in a chair while being guided through grounding meditation and soothing 432hz healing music. Sarah will intuitively work through the 7 main chakra centers using Reiki symbols, healing hands, and energy balancing techniques to help clear emotional heaviness, stress, and energy that may not belong to you.
Each session is intuitively guided to support greater peace, clarity, grounding, and energetic balance.
