Full Moon in Aquarius 2024
The Full Moon in Aquarius is exact 8/19/24 at 2:25pm EST.
✨ Protect your energy. ✨
That’s the theme for this Full Moon in Aquarius. The great humanitarian that is Aquarius can’t serve its community best if it has no energy left to give.
Put your own oxygen mask on first.
Can’t serve from an empty cup.
Put yourself first.
What does that mean within the context of this full moon? Look at the things in your life that are draining your energy.
- How can we say no to these things?
- How can you honor your limits?
- What boundaries do you need to enforce?
What we say no to is just as powerful as what we say yes to.
This doesn’t make us selfish. It helps us to keep our energy at sustainable levels. Allowing us to then show up even better for our communities than if we were drained and tired physically, mentally, and emotionally. And this Full Moon wants you to remember that “No” is a complete sentence. No explanations required. Do what’s best for you right now. Protect you energy.
